Membership is available to persons who have an interest in dental and maxillofacial radiology and in furthering the purposes of the European Academy. These can include dental radiologists, medical radiologists, postgraduate students in DMFR, general dental practitioners, radiographers, health physicists and other health care professionals, engineers, undergraduate dental, medical and radiography students and research students.

Note that according to the Laws and Bylaws of the Academy only members of the following disciplines are eligible for full membership:

• oral and maxillofacial radiologists
• radiologists
• radiographers
